Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed, it generally takes 2–4 business days to process. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. -

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your shipping address, you may be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees before your order is released. These are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. -
Shipping Confirmation and Notifications
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once the item has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. -
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email titled “A shipment from order #******* is on the way” which includes a clickable tracking number. If you did not receive your tracking number or if it is not working, contact us at support@coreelab.com. -
Tracking Updates Not Showing
All tracking data is provided directly by our courier partners. Our team has access to the same information that is available to you. If your order is delayed or tracking has not updated, we recommend waiting for new scans from the carrier. For unresolved issues, you can submit a request and our team will review your case to determine the best resolution. -
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package was lost in transit or stolen, please contact us at support@coreelab.com and provide your order number, full name, and contact email. We will investigate the situation and help you find the best resolution. You are also encouraged to contact your local carrier or postal service to file a report. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for lost or stolen items unless additional protection was purchased at checkout. -
Address Changes After Ordering
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@coreelab.com. While we will do our best to update your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. -
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier issues, extreme weather, or busy shopping periods. These delays are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for refunds. -
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to absence or incorrect address, and the item is returned to us, we may charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package. -
Shipping Carrier Liability and Disputes
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with them. We will assist with claims and tracking, but CoreeLab™ is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by the carrier. -
Partial Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. -
Holiday Shipping Policy
During high-volume seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Please place orders early to avoid delays. -
Are VAT Included?
Yes, VAT is already included in the final product price at checkout. No additional VAT charges will be applied after purchase. -
