You may return eligible products within 90 days of the delivery date under our 90-day money-back guarantee.


Products eligible for return:


  • Physical, one-time purchase products in good working condition

Products NOT eligible for return/refund:


  • Subscription products

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Products damaged due to misuse or not in resellable condition (unless defective)


3. Return Instructions


To return a product:

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address and guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Do not send products back without authorization—unauthorized returns may not be processed


4. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products


If your item arrived damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Clear photos or a video of the item

  • Your contact details

If the claim is approved, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.


5. Lost or Stolen Orders


If you purchased Porch Pirate Protection:


We will issue a free replacement for lost or stolen shipments. Contact us with your order number and contact details.


If you did not purchase Porch Pirate Protection:


We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier. In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.


6. International Orders


CoreeLab™ currently ships from regional stores (US, UK, AU). If ordering from outside those supported regions:


  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery or customs clearance

  • Customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • Return shipping and related fees for international returns are the customer’s responsibility


7. Refund Process


Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Subscription Renewals


  • Subscription products are non-refundable

  • If you cancel after a renewal, access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle
