CoreeLab™ Lifetime Protection Policy

  1. Overview
    The CoreeLab Lifetime Protection (“Protection”) is non-transferable and applies exclusively to CoreeLab products purchased directly from our official website (https://coreelab.com). This Protection remains valid for the operational lifetime of CoreeLab as a company and automatically expires in the event of business closure, bankruptcy, acquisition, or cessation of operations.

  2. What Is Covered
    If purchased, the Protection covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use as outlined in CoreeLab’s published product guidelines. Coverage includes all product components. Valid claims will result in product repair or replacement at no additional cost for parts or labor. This policy is limited to the original purchaser. CoreeLab’s maximum liability under this Protection is the original purchase price of the product.

  3. How We Handle Warranty Claims
    Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect the item and determine whether your claim qualifies. If it does, we will repair the item using new or repurposed parts or replace it if the issue cannot be repaired. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items to CoreeLab. If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping. Covered products will be repaired or replaced within 90 business days of receipt.

  4. Duration of Coverage
    This Protection lasts for the operational lifetime of CoreeLab, as long as we continue to manufacture and sell the product category. Repaired or replaced products are not eligible for renewed or extended Lifetime Protection.

  5. What Is Not Covered
    The Protection does not cover:
    (i) Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, chips)
    (ii) Damage from misuse, neglect, liquid contact, fire, impact, drops, improper handling, storage, or transportation
    (iii) Altered, modified, or tampered products
    (iv) Damage from use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose or manual
    (v) Unauthorized repairs or servicing
    (vi) Any indirect damages, inconvenience, or loss of use during the warranty processing period
    (vii) Any product previously repaired or replaced under this Protection

  6. How to File a Claim
    To file a claim, contact our Customer Support team at support@coreelab.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Securely package your product and send it to the address provided by our team. Include:

  • Your RMA number

  • Proof of original product purchase

  • Proof of Lifetime Protection purchase
    Shipping to CoreeLab is the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Modifications to This Protection
    CoreeLab reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Protection at any time. Any changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect Protection already purchased and in effect. By purchasing CoreeLab products or this Protection, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  2. Consumer Rights Disclaimer
    This Protection is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including statutory warranties that may not be waived or restricted.
